Attention Homeschool Groups
For homeschool groups, please contact us in advance so we can arrange a session for your group.

Snacks

Your children/youth are welcome to bring their own snacks and water to the workshop. Please remind them not to share snacks, as some children may have allergies. We’ll also keep a small supply of snacks for sale in case they forget theirs — just let us know about any food restrictions.

What if I can’t make it on time to pick up my youth?
We understand that things happen, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. However, The Loft charges a $25.00 per hour fee for students who are not picked up on time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Montly payment

Workshops are billed once a month on the first day of each month.

1 Week Cancellations

We ask that you please cancel at least two weeks before the workshop starts to receive a full refund or credit, as we need to plan for snacks, personnel, and other details.  After 1 week, your payment will be credited toward a future workshop. Additionally, if another child—such as someone from a homeschool group—takes the place of the original participant, we can provide a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and support.
